What Our Clients and Their Families Say About Us
Ola Prestige Care has been a blessing for my family. The carers treat my mother with such dignity and respect, as though she were their own. Their kindness gives us peace of mind every single day.
Our Vision
Every Visit Feels Like Family
Our vision is to provide home care that families can trust — care that is professionally led, carefully governed, and deeply respectful of the individual.
We want every person we support to:
- Feel safe in their own home
- Be treated with dignity and compassion
- Receive care that adapts as their needs change
- Be supported by professionals who take responsibility
And we want families to feel confident that:
- Someone qualified is overseeing care
- Risks are recognised and managed early
- Communication is clear and honest
- They are not navigating care alone
A Nurse-Led Approach to Home Care
Ola Prestige Care Services is led by a Registered Nurse and Registered Manager, bringing clinical understanding, governance, and accountability into everyday care delivery.
This means:
- Care plans are professionally assessed and reviewed
- Medication support is handled safely and accurately
- Risks are identified early — not after incidents occur
- Safeguarding, documentation, and quality are taken seriously
We don’t just provide carers —
we provide clinical oversight, structure, and reassurance.
Regulated, Accountable, and Transparent
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the delivery of personal care.
This means our service is:
- Subject to inspection and regulatory standards
- Governed by clear policies and procedures
- Focused on safety, dignity, and person-centred care
- Accountable for how care is delivered
Families choose us because they want regulated care, not informal support.
How We Support People
We provide personalised home care for adults with a wide range of needs, including:
- Dementia and cognitive impairment
- Physical disabilities and mobility challenges
- Autism and learning disabilities

- Long-term health conditions
- Frailty, recovery, and reablement needs
- Palliative and end-of-life care
Care may be urgent, short-term, or long-term, and we adapt support as situations evolve.

We respect each person’s identity, preferences, culture, and routines.

Ola Prestige is nurse-led, with over 20 years of healthcare expertise behind our team. We specialise in dementia support, hospital-to-home reablement, and personalised wellbeing packages — offering transparency through real-time family updates.
Do you only provide basic personal care?
No. While we support with personal care, we also offer specialist dementia pathways, rehabilitation after hospital stays, and lifestyle companionship services such as outings, cooking, and wellbeing activities.
How do you create a personalised care plan?
We build care plans together with clients and families. Each plan includes health needs, routines, hobbies, and cultural preferences. Plans are reviewed regularly to adapt as needs change.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Dartford and surrounding areas (DA1, DA2, DA4), with plans to expand further across Kent.

Yes. We specialise in hospital-to-home reablement, helping people regain strength, independence, and confidence after illness or surgery.
Can you provide care for people with dementia or Alzheimer’s?
Absolutely. We offer dementia-specialist pathways, including reminiscence activities and Montessori-inspired approaches, alongside family support.

Can carers support with hobbies and social activities?
Absolutely. From gardening and puzzles to attending church or community groups, we support clients to keep doing what they love.
