Olayinka Ogunnusi – Registered Nurse
Ola Prestige Care Services is founded and led by Olayinka Ogunnusi, a Registered Nurse and Registered Manager, bringing clinical leadership, accountability, and professional oversight into every aspect of care delivery.
With a background in frontline nursing and leadership, Olayinka established the service to address a gap she repeatedly witnessed: families needing safe, regulated home care, but feeling uncertain about who was truly accountable.
Her approach is grounded in:
- Clinical understanding of risk, medication, and deterioration
- Strong governance, safeguarding, and documentation standards
- Calm, structured decision-making during stressful situations
- Respect for dignity, individuality, and family involvement
As Registered Manager, Olayinka provides:
- Oversight of assessments and care planning
- Quality assurance and staff supervision
- Clear escalation pathways
- A visible point of accountability for families and professionals
She believes good care is not about rushing tasks —
it is about doing the right things, properly, and consistently.
“Families deserve to know that someone qualified is overseeing care. My role is to make sure care is safe, dignified, and never left to chance.”
This nurse-led leadership ensures care that families can trust and regulators can have confidence in.

What Our Clients and Their Families Say About Us
Ola Prestige Care were contacted and attended quickly when we urgently needed support for my aunt. They have been kind, reliable and professional, visiting three times daily, assisting with personal care, preparing her meals, and dealing with main household duties. They were also very understanding while we got the finances sorted, which made a stressful time so much easier. My aunt is happy with the carers who visit and has made it very clear that she doesn’t want anyone else — very highly recommended.
We started using Ola Prestige Care Services for a family member and were reassured from the very first visit. Time was taken to understand routines and preferences, and the care has been calm, respectful, and unhurried. Communication has been clear, which has really helped us feel at ease as a family. We’re grateful for the support and feel confident continuing with their care.

Your Most Important Questions Answered in One Place
What makes Ola Prestige different from other care providers?
Ola Prestige is nurse-led, with over 20 years of healthcare expertise behind our team. We specialise in dementia support, hospital-to-home reablement, and personalised wellbeing packages — offering transparency through real-time family updates.
Do you only provide basic personal care?
No. While we support with personal care, we also offer specialist dementia pathways, rehabilitation after hospital stays, and lifestyle companionship services such as outings, cooking, and wellbeing activities.
How do you create a personalised care plan?
We build care plans together with clients and families. Each plan includes health needs, routines, hobbies, and cultural preferences. Plans are reviewed regularly to adapt as needs change.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Dartford and surrounding areas (DA1, DA2, DA4), with plans to expand further across Kent.
How do I arrange care with Ola Prestige?
It starts with a free consultation. We’ll listen to your needs, create a personalised plan, and match you with the right carer. Care can often start within 24–48 hours.
Can your carers administer medication?
Yes. All carers receive medication training and follow strict protocols. For complex needs, our nurse-led oversight ensures safe management.
Do you support clients after hospital discharge?
Yes. We specialise in hospital-to-home reablement, helping people regain strength, independence, and confidence after illness or surgery.
Can you provide care for people with dementia or Alzheimer’s?
Absolutely. We offer dementia-specialist pathways, including reminiscence activities and Montessori-inspired approaches, alongside family support.
Do you handle end-of-life care?
Yes. We work closely with hospices, GPs, and district nurses to provide compassionate palliative care focused on comfort, dignity, and support for families.
What health conditions do you support?
We support a wide range of conditions including dementia, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neurone disease (MND), learning disabilities, and autism.
Do you liaise with healthcare professionals?
Yes. We work alongside GPs, district nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to ensure joined-up, holistic care.
Do you also support with daily activities, not just personal care?
Yes. We help with shopping, cooking, light housework, hobbies, and companionship, ensuring everyday life feels enjoyable and independent.
Can carers support with hobbies and social activities?
Absolutely. From gardening and puzzles to attending church or community groups, we support clients to keep doing what they love.
Do you organise community outings or social visits?
Yes. We can accompany clients to dementia cafés, Age UK activities, or even just a favourite café or local shop — staying connected to the community is important.
Can you help with meals and nutrition?
Yes. We support with meal planning, shopping, and cooking, while respecting dietary, cultural, and health needs.
What about companionship for those living alone?
Companionship is central to our approach. We provide meaningful conversation, shared activities, and emotional support, so no one feels isolated.
