Nurse-Led • Regulated • Transparent
Families often worry:
At Ola Prestige Care Services, quality and safety are not assumptions —
they are actively managed, documented, and reviewed.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the delivery of personal care.
This means:
Regulation protects clients, families, and staff.
Before any carer works independently, we ensure:
This reduces safeguarding risk and protects vulnerable adults.
Carers receive:
Training is supported by nurse-led oversight, not left to chance.
Medication support is governed carefully:
Medication errors are prevented through structure — not assumption.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, led by management.
We actively monitor:
Concerns are escalated early — not after harm occurs.
Care is not “set and forget”.
We ensure:
Quality is maintained through oversight, not hope.
Families choose us because:
This is the difference between informal support and professional care.

Ola Prestige Care were contacted and attended quickly when we urgently needed support for my aunt. They have been kind, reliable and professional, visiting three times daily, assisting with personal care, preparing her meals, and dealing with main household duties. They were also very understanding while we got the finances sorted, which made a stressful time so much easier. My aunt is happy with the carers who visit and has made it very clear that she doesn’t want anyone else — very highly recommended.
We started using Ola Prestige Care Services for a family member and were reassured from the very first visit. Time was taken to understand routines and preferences, and the care has been calm, respectful, and unhurried. Communication has been clear, which has really helped us feel at ease as a family. We’re grateful for the support and feel confident continuing with their care.
